beauty industry for more than 21 years and specializing in permanent make-up for the past eight years. Gloria
has an extensive background in color theory which helps her students understand
and master the theory of color for the practical application of permanent
makeup. Building upon a distinguished career, Gloria was the Founder and
Education Director for the Gloria Francis School of Cosmetology in New York City
and continues working as an educator and consultant to major corporations
worldwide.
